Miss Universe Canada winner, Riza Santos

Yikes. On Saturday night the Miss Universe Canada pageant was held and the winner was crowned, except, due to a mathematical error, it was the wrong one.

Denise Garrido of Brandon, ON was crowned...they took the official photos and everyone was happy. Until the organizers realized that Garrido was actually the third runner-up and the first runner-up, Riza Santos, was the real winner.

Hurting for Garrido, but bad ass for Calgary's Riza Santos.

That was one ridiculous error if it put her down 3 spots...and this is why they have accountants counting the votes at the Oscars. Just sayin.
