Canada's Emily VanCamp is rumoured to have won the leading female role in the second installment of Captain America with Chris Evans.

Emily VanCamp and Chris Evans, I could probably see it. Complex.com is speculating that Emily will be playing Sharon Carter, although no casting announcement has been made yet.

I am glad that things are finally happening for Emily. The woman has been around the TV on and off for over a decade. Everwood and then my fave Brothers and Sisters...and now she really has got some momentum with Revenge.  Fingers crossed for life success!

Captain America: Winter Soldier is scheduled to be released in April of 2014. Filming has not yet started.
