Anyways, Scooter Braun, the man behind Justin Bieber, thinks that there is something to the phenom and has signed Psy to his label, Scoolboy Records. Schoolboy is also home to Bieber, Carly Rae Jepsen and Asher Roth. Braun also manages British boy band The Wanted.
