RECAP Children and Guns, this week on the Real Housewives of Vancouver

The Real Housewives of Vancouver did some real 'housewivin' on this episode. All the ladies with children showed you what taking their kids to school entailed while Christina shot fake birds. A wonderful episode about two things which should be outlawed: children and guns.

Jody wakes her 5 year old up at 5:30 AM and makes scones before she sends her off to school. If I had to wake up at 5:30 in the morning to go to school I would die. I don't think I ever needed that much lea time before hitting the road. Insane. 5:30 in the morning...the sun isn't even up yet, but Jody is wearing her sunglasses, as usual.

Reiko makes a big deal about how hard it is being a stay at home mom while the camera films her sleeping while her mom and maid get her kid ready for school...then as they are about to leave, Reiko appears and drives them. Being a chauffeur is sooooo hard. *Eye roll. I thought she loved driving!?

Mary is sending her kids off to their first day of school. She makes them breakfast and lunch and her oldest kid is in Grade 12. Pretty sure my mom stopped making me lunch when I was in grade 3...true story. That explains a lot.

Ronnie doesn't do mornings or lunches...she packs up her one child who is in school and sends him to boarding school on Vancouver Island. Oh...and she also doesn't do ferries, so gets door to door service with a seaplane.

Then there is Christina...what shall we film Christina doing while we are showing the maternal side of all the other ladies? Lets take her into the bush and get a man in cameo to teach her and her date how to shoot giant guns.

That was the first half of the episode...the second half was Ronnie's birthday party. There was some drama...of course all revolving around Mary and, this time, Jody. Blah blah...over it. Moving on people.
