Will anyone ever make a concert movie as successful as Bieber's Never Say Never? Maybe, but I am not sure that person is Katy Perry.

On the red carpet at the Kids Choice Awards she announced that she is going to be releasing a 3D concert movie near the 4th of July called Katy Perry: Part of Me. She said '...go see it an be a firework.'

Wonder if Russell will be in it? If he is not it is going to be the most unauthentic doc ever.
