Kardashian Lawsuit

So the Kardashian's were named in a $5 million lawsuit because they were supposedly falsely promoting the weight loss pill QuickTrim's effectiveness. Supposedly the drugs are mostly made up of caffeine which is not healthy, effective or safe according to the US Food and Drug Administration.

The Kardashians are known for hocking stuff that is not too legit. This is not their first trip to the lawsuit rodeo. This one is just a little more interesting because QuickTrim is a company that is owned by Scott Disick's (former?) employer Keith Frankle. Is this why Scott had a job? You may remember Keith from an episode of Kourtney and Kim Take New York where he and his buddy convince Scott to buy a Rolls Royce.
