So Jes' birthday is coming up, and she thought maybe I could try my hand at selecting a rap song for the week. But I just couldn't. I think I wore out my rap selections with Childish Gambino - that's seriously all I've got. I mean, sure, I'm down with Jay Z as much as the next girl, but that's hardly a new and breaking sound you hadn't heard. So instead I present you with GIVERS.
'Up Up Up' was my favourite song of the week to grocery shop to.
It's a full on assault of sound, and makes me want to dance (okay, so I'm dancing a little at my desk right now). So much awesome percussion.
Plus it has a section that was just made for a full on audience handclap, which has to be one of my most favourite musical moments of all time.
