I feel like I have been waiting forever for this trailer. I first wrote about this movie in March of last year when it was filming in Burnaby, BC. Originally it was called I'm with Cancer, but as with a lot of films, the title has been changed.  The newly named 50/50 trailer is here. It actually looks like a heartfelt funny movie.
