Steve Carell's time is coming to an end on The Office, but not before a little magical cross-over with Will Ferrell, who will play the guy that comes to take over for Michael Scott.  He is not going to be a permanent fixture on the show, but it will definitely soften the blow of Michael's departure.

I am not Ferrell's biggest fan, but I feel like he will play The Office boss well...he does a good annoying idiot.
