Miley Hitting a Bong

Are you surprised? Someone took a video of Miley Cyrus hitting a bong and looking terribly high and then it was stolen and given to TMZ. TMZ is saying that it is not weed, but a legal substance...um, ok.

I am not sure what you look/act like when you get high but...either she is high or a great actress, and we all know the latter is pretty near impossible.

Countdown to crack rehab continues.

    There are plenty of artificial marijuana products that you smoke, it could very well be one of those. (K2, Spice, etc) But yea, it's probably not.
