Wesley Snipes is Going to Jail

This reminds me of the movie US Marshals when Snipes is playing the fugitive...except this time he didn't kill anyone he just tried to f-ck the G O V...which in his case is worse.  Cause in the movie he ends up clearing his name, but in real life he is getting sent to jail for 3 years.

No word yet on where he will spend his sentence or when it will start...but his lawyers are appealing the conviction. 

I feel like this is pretty cut and dry....did you pay your taxes? No. Ok, jail for you. Case closed.
