Lindsay Lohan Sentenced to 90 Days in Jail

Lindsay Lohan had her trail date today and the judge laid the smack down on her for her DUI case and parole violation. 90 days total she will spend in jail...and then 90 days in Rehab.

I think the rehab may be harder for her...cause I am sure she can score some shit in prison, may be a little harder in rehab.

I liked Lindsay's face when they finally gave the sentencing...she was shocked. HAHA...seriously? And then there was a big to-do about getting her SCRAM bracelet off ASAP...the judge was like...Don't be f-cking retarded...well basically that's what she said.
