Celine Dion has recently pissed off her neighbours by revealing her plans to build a water park in her $12.5 million property.I am assuming that it is not going to be open to the public so why the hell do the neighbours care? Cause their kids are all of a sudden going to expect their own water park. You just tell your kids that it is f-cking Celine Dion living next door and eventually they will figure out that she does things bigger and better than everyone else. That's life.
